Copyright Infringement tutorial STILL not loading
Tried with my personal login and the email assigned to my account (@att.net); tried in regular Chrome and Safari; tried in Incognito Chrome and Safari; tried chatting with ATT chat support they didn't know this was an issue and told me to call in- calling into Support they had no idea how to fix it and kept thinking it was an issue with my service even though you can google search this issue and multiple threads come up. My deadline is 06/21 and you cant threaten to turn off my internet when your own website prevents me from doing it. I need a solution ASAP.

If anyone in this thread actually gets a successful resolution in a DM I'll fall over dead, uhh, please come back and post what that was.
This issue has been going on literally for years without one person saying they got through. I'm almost thinking AT&T is just telling people in private to ignore the notice because nothing will happen if you don't do the tutorial.

can I get a DM as well, or someone to verify that the DM is "the page is broken no changes will be made to your account"
Fortunately, I have options if my speed is throttled or my service is interrupted but I bet that's not the case for everyone who has to go through this dumb bureaucratic nightmare.

Try viewing the alerts from this site: https://copyright.att.net/info/home.html
This seems to be a common problem. I suspect it is an empty threat if their system isn't working.
When I got in I get to an error page with a URL:
https://copyright.att.net/info/error.html?error=server&errorMessage=You%20are%20not%20an%20Active%20HSIA%20user.
Which AT&T Internet Service do you have?

same thing. server error. The issue is that instead of using the email address on file or the User ID email, they're sending the alerts to the member ID email address they create that nobody uses and most can't access (because lol the account reset is yahoo tech and they email you a code... to that email... to access that email)

So, maybe log into the main AT&T site (att.com), log in, go to My Account in the pulldown (https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/accountoverview) and CHECK EMAIL to get to the Yahoo mailbox associated with the account on file?
