Copyright infringement tutorial Server error

I've recently gotten an e-mail telling me about a copyright noticed and as I attempt to do the tutorial I keep getting Server Error issue so i'm unable to complete it.

I've already tried using both primary and the AT&T provided username but when I attempt to log in using it tells me there is no such account and besides the username that is connected to my account is primary and verfied.

Do they really shut off your internet if you don't complete it? going through a bunch of other post about this going back as far as two years i'm assuming they don't otherwise there'd be a bunch of post about that and AT&T has to be aware of the issue

So can someone from the AT&T Help Desk help me?

ATTHelp is no help.  They have no clue other than to "clear cache and cookies" despite many many people confirming that it doesn't work.

This has been an ongoing issue for what appears to be years!  All of a sudden it's cropped back up again in the last few weeks.

Here's what I told another forum member recently and so far nobody has come forward to dispute it....
