Copyright Infringement Tutorial not working for me

I have been trying to get on to the AT&T Copyright Infringement Tutorial for a week and can not get it to work. Everytime I log in with the account I use for my internet,  but it says service is not available. https://copyright.att.net/info/error.html?error=server&errorMessage=You%20are%20not%20an%20Active%20HSIA%20user.

I have tried different devices, different web browsers, nothing seems to work to fix the issue.

Hi there, Drewbie405! Let's get this tutorial working again.

We understand that you are trying to follow the email that we sent you, but you are getting an error when trying to view the video. There has been an update to the concern that we want to guide all of our users that are having this same difficulty.

Let's make sure that you are using the Parent or Primary account email to log into the Copyright Portal. If you are still not able to view the video, please reach back out here.

Thank you for using the AT&T Community Forums.

I'm using my primary account, but it still isn't working right. Always shows that same message.

Thank you so much for checking for us, Drewbie405.

To gather more information from you, we are going to move this interaction to a Direct Message format. You will see a chat icon next to a bell icon at the top of this page. Please look our for that message and follow the instructions that it contains.

Looking forward to seeing you in the DM's.

I had trouble with this as well.

What worked for me was creating the complementary AT&T email that ends with att.net and log in using that rather than a third party email address. After that you should be able to complete the tutorial.
