Connection is Complete Garbage, About to Quit
I have 45MBits down which is enough most the time. Today on Google Meet, people complain my audio is breaking up, do a test, up is < 3MBits. People with lousy cable connections get 10-15. What am I suffering for??

are you going through a VPN? i have 100 up and down but going through the company vpn im getting only 13 down 2.5 up

What service level (speed tier) are you subscribed to?
Testing hardwired or wireless?
To ATT server, staying on network.. or testing off network?
IF your speed tier is less than 50, such as 25/5, 25/2, 24/3, 18/1 etc I would expect less than 3 up on a wireless connection and / or going off network.
Note, when testing speeds need to have all other devices off, no downloading or uploading occurring as speedtest reports what is available at time of testing not what subscribe to.
You state you have 45 this is 45/6 or only 6 up... on a hardwired connection to ATT server. Can you lose 50% or more using wireless off network ... yes.
