Can't log in to pay monthly bill

We understand the importance and convenience of being able to pay your bill online. To better assist you, we will need a few more details. Are you getting an error code when you log in? Sometimes these may indicate an account locked for incorrect password or no longer being in good standing.

 

Please let us know the results of the following:

  • How do you usually log in? Do you use the myAT&T app or the website?
  • Do you get the same result when you switch to a different device or browser?
  • If using a browser, have you tried clearing cookies and cache?
  • If using the app to log in, can you try logging into the website and visa versa? What is the result?

 

Tip: If logging in to the website, we recommend making sure you have the most recent version of any supported internet browser. Newer versions have updated tools and security features that protect you and help you get the most from our website.
