Can't get my account/services corrected!
I have been trying to cancel my U-Verse TV service and just keep internet since July 2022! I have called several times, spoke with many different people, all have looked into the issues, "said" it's been corrected, given me credits for the inconvenience, yet here it is December 2022 now, and things still aren't correct. I'm still getting charged for U-Verse TV, and my internet price is not what I was agreed upon. I am tired of calling customer service and getting nowhere. I need internet, and this is the only company that will service my address! I'm tired of the hassle and wish I could actually talk to someone who will actually do their job and make things right on my account with my service! Who can I go to above the basic customer service supervisors or the loyalty department supervisors to make things right?
