Can't access copyright infringement tutorial

when trying to access the Copyright Infringement Tutorial using my ATT login and Password I get the following message: https://signin.att.com/dynamic/iamLRR/LrrController?IAM_OP=error&errorCode=902

Something's gone wrong Let's try this again.  If you were using an app, close this page. Otherwise, start over.  I've asked this question on this forum multiple times and I've even called 1-800-288-2020 with no help.  I've cleared cache, tried to access with multiple different browsers, tried to access with my Android phone, and even went to the local library to use their computer and network.  Still get the same error message.  I can access my ATT account with my ATT login and Password.  why can't I access the Tutorial?

Is there anyone at ATT I can talk to to get some help with this issue.  The latest letter I received says they will reduce my internet access if I do not take the Tutorial.

Let's get that tutorial working, @giovannacrtr!

Have you tried using it in a different browser?

You may also want to try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear your cache and cookie
  2. Reboot your computer
  3. Make sure that your flash player is up-to-date

Let us know if that helps!

Unable to access ATT Copyright Infringement Tutorial.  I have cleared Cache, used different browsers, tried to access from laptop, pc, android cell phone, local library computer and still get this message  "Something's gone wrong Let's try this again.  If you were using an app, close this page. Otherwise, start over"  Spent an hour with ATT support at 1 800 288 2020 and they were not able to resolve access to the tutorial issue.

Hi @jimb0g, We are happy to help with AT&T Internet Copyright Infringement.

We recommend you secure your wireless router/gateway by using a password to prevent others from using your High Speed Internet Service.

Acknowledgment of this alert simply confirms that you've received the notice and that you will not illegally share music or movie files over peer to peer networks.

  • IT DOES NOT IMPLY ADMISSION OF WRONGDOING.

To login/ address the copyright infringement

  • You will want to logon to complete the mitigation tutorial with the primary AT&T Internet member ID for account (same one used to pay bill) with the infringement and complete all steps requested to mitigate this issue.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for contacting us on AT&T Community Forums!

That was no help.  Did you read my question?  I can't access the Tutorial using my ATT login and password, the same one I use to access my account and pay my bill.

When trying to access the webpage listed in our letter, I keep getting the same response (see below).  I have cleared all cache and cookies, have tried on google, firefox, etc.  and receive the same response.

Try visiting the direct page to the Copyright Alert Program.

Click on the tab with the graduation cap titled Tutorial, then click Take the Tutorial.

At that point, you should be able to sign in. Make sure you're signing in with your AT&T User ID and password.

We hope this information helps. If you need further assistance, let us know.

I think the OP got a Copyright Infringement Alert so now has to take a tutorial. I only keep hearing about AT&T doing this. Are they the only one that has these extra hoops?

Spectrum and xfinity have pages just like that.  I don't know that they force a login to a tutorial upon a takedown notice.

We're here to help, @jimb0g

When trying to access the copyright infringement ensure you are using the primary member ID.

We also recommend resetting your password as this will resync your account.

Let us know if you have additional questions.

Still have no access to Tutorial.  Same message:   Something's gone wrong Let's try this again.  If you were using an app, close this page. Otherwise, start over.  Is my AT&T User ID and password the one I access my account to pay my bill and access my email?
