Can't access copyright infringement tutorial

I received a notice on December 15th 2019 about a Fourth Copyright infringement notice which directed me to take a Copyright Infringement Tutorial by a certain date or my internet would be limited. I followed the link at least a dozen times since that day and either got an error stating that the service was unavailable and my request could not be processed at that time or now saying that my "ID is not Authorized."

My internet is working, but it seems to be throttled severely. I do not download illegal material and am getting frustrated with a non-working link to solve this issue. I see this is a very common problem in the forum. Please advise my next steps to get this resolved.

We'd love to help, @thegrimmster.

What device are you using? Are you using your primary AT&T Internet member ID? To make sure, please find your member ID here.

We also suggest that you clear cache on your device, refresh device and then try again.

Find additional information on our Copyright Alert Program by viewing this forum article.

Let us know if this helps!

I had trouble with this as well.

What worked for me was creating the complementary AT&T email that ends with att.net and log in using that rather than a third party email address. After that you should be able to complete the tutorial.
