Cannot validate account for creating My AT&T app ID
I am trying to use the My At&t app in order to troubleshoot some Wifi problems. In order to do this, i need to create a new ID using either my at&t phone number or account number, as well as my zip code. I cannot do so, as it always says "Sorry we cannot validate your information." (RBV106). I am 100% sure I entered the correct information. Please help!
