Cannot Take Copyright Infringement Tutorial

Since you sent me a message saying make another post:

When going to the copyright infringement "tutorial" link that is included in the email sent to me from AT&T, and then clicking "Take the tutorial", I get to a login page. After putting in my credentials, I get a message saying "Server Error: Service not available. Please try again later."

I have tried this on multiple browsers (chrome, edge, firefox), cleared the cache and cookies (on all of the browsers), I've also tried this on multiple computers, I've rebooted my gateway, and I am still getting the same result.

I noticed that this is a recurring and ongoing issue that multiple customers have (that we are unable to do the homework that our ISP's assign us)

Since this is a time sensitive issue, and my internet may be limited if this doesn't get working, I think it would make a lot of sense that this would be resolved quickly since this urgency is imposed by AT&T.

Thank you,

Alex

I fixed this! You have to create a Member ID from your ATT account. Should be under your account/profile settings. Should be a notification asking to complete registration by creating your member ID. You'd think member and user ID is the same thing but NO weirdly enough they are two separate things and this is not made clear. You login to the infringement tutorial with your MEMBER ID and NOT your USER ID.
