Cannot login to att email account

Had problems yesterday, reset password and all was well. This morning I cannot access email at all. The internet login carries me straight to reset password and never lets me login. This is for a sub account listed under our main account and is critical to our business.

If you continue to experience issues logging in, please clear your browser cookies and cache. You may also want to take a look at this Troubleshooting Information from AT&T.

This has happened again today to both email addresses I have on the sbcglobal account. I'm not sure why this keeps happening. I see the official response from AT&T above but it still happened today.

out of the blue my sbcglobal.net is inaccesible. I have changed the password numerous times to now avail. I have been scrabling around for an hour or so and have never encountered this issue in all the years I have had this email. I am at a loss for where to turn next. God forbid I could find a human on the phone to assist me.

@dblue106 Turns out all I had to do was close my browser and re-open. I tried using the Firefox browser and my email opened. It then occured to me that I should close my Safari browser and re-open it. I did and it now works. Serious case of over thinking

my email account did not let me log in this morning. Would not recognize my account. I went thru and changed password. Now when I go to in it does not let me enter password but immediately redirects me to the change password site. Is my account hacked? Any ideas?

Hey AT&T.....Please fix my email! I know I'm not the only one who can't log in! If you don't want to support sbcglobal email, just let us know and we'll go elsewhere! RANT OVER!

Keep having to change password. When I do I hit the "Finish" button and get "Bad Request" NEED TO GET INTO MY EMAIL! Have tried different browsers and computers. Nothing works.

Same problem. It started two days ago. I was on the phone for an hour yesterday, and got it fixed. Today, the problem started again.

Same issues as everyone else. I have tried multiple browsers with the same result. But I can log on to my att.com account wih the credentials just fine so it is not an issue with the account. Seems to be an issue with att.net passing the credentials to yahoo.

what has changed since you last logged in? did you respond to an email to upgrade your email?

Hey AT&T - your issues HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED! And being directed to the troubleshoot on your website is a joke! Finally got through your phone tree to technical support - still cannot resolve the issue. I was told by YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT to try logging back in 8 hours, I took that as her not knowing how to fix and wanted to end the call. Called back this morning, tried to give the new technical support assistance the Reference ID number from yesterday, STILL CANNOT RESOLVE! I am not the only person who cannot access email. Tech support told me that it seems to be an issue with your third-party and the new switch to "Current." Um, why would you launch a major redirect when it does not work? Frustrated would be an understatement, today. FIX!

Trying to log in to email. I enter username and password, and it takes me to a "find your password screen" and then reset password, then to "Password Reset Success" screen. Then i hit "Finish" and it takes me to "Bad Request" screen. (I've tried several browsers and devices)

I log in through yahoo as usual, then it kicks me to the att.com website....from there I cannot get into my email.

This morning I am not able to sign into email from my home computer. I am able to get to my email from the Yahoo mail application I have on my Cell Phone. That tells me that my password should still be good. even if I wanted to reset my password AT&T is not letting me to a site where I can reset it.
