Cannot login to att email account
Had problems yesterday, reset password and all was well. This morning I cannot access email at all. The internet login carries me straight to reset password and never lets me login. This is for a sub account listed under our main account and is critical to our business.

out of the blue my sbcglobal.net is inaccesible. I have changed the password numerous times to now avail. I have been scrabling around for an hour or so and have never encountered this issue in all the years I have had this email. I am at a loss for where to turn next. God forbid I could find a human on the phone to assist me.

my email account did not let me log in this morning. Would not recognize my account. I went thru and changed password. Now when I go to in it does not let me enter password but immediately redirects me to the change password site. Is my account hacked? Any ideas?

Hey AT&T.....Please fix my email! I know I'm not the only one who can't log in! If you don't want to support sbcglobal email, just let us know and we'll go elsewhere! RANT OVER!

Trying to log in to email. I enter username and password, and it takes me to a "find your password screen" and then reset password, then to "Password Reset Success" screen. Then i hit "Finish" and it takes me to "Bad Request" screen. (I've tried several browsers and devices)

This morning I am not able to sign into email from my home computer. I am able to get to my email from the Yahoo mail application I have on my Cell Phone. That tells me that my password should still be good. even if I wanted to reset my password AT&T is not letting me to a site where I can reset it.

I have a @prodigy.net account that is my life line. Today, I can not sign it at all. My sub accounts work, but not my main. I went through the change password proceedure and now all it does it cycle to the change password page. I really need some help as my bills and medicare are tied to this account!

Last night everything worked. This morning it does not. My cell iphone and ipad can access my email. My desktops cannot. My desktops begin by usig captcha, and then tell me my passwords are incorrect. I can get my email on my iphone, etc., but the desktops refuse entry. how can I fix this, and why did it happen?

I can't connect to my yahoo email. every time I try to log on it wants me to reset my password. I reset the password and was able to log on but once again the server asks me to reset the password. can anyone help?

Can't receive can't send and won't accept passwords. What's going on 8 hrs with tech yesterday and didn't get it fixed. Like everyone else need our email business, personal and emergencies what are we suppose to do and with what's going on with covid19 you leave us with no email capabilities how are we going to check on family friends our business without email. Don't you think you'd help us and for once fix this problem we've all tried what you suggest It Doesn't Work..
