Cannot login, send, or receive emails at my att.net address

When I attempt to login to my att.net email on the web, I receive the following message:

"Not found on Accelerator. Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again."

On my IPad and iPhone, I cannot send or receive emails and I receive a message saying my

username and password are incorrect.

I have not changed my username, password, or iPad/iPhone mail settings. Why is this happening? It is as if my att.net email account has vanished, been deleted, or never existed.

We can help you get back into your email, @Yangyin

The best way to login to your email is on www.currently.com

If you can't get to that page because it redirects to another AT&T page, clear your browser history. You can start on partial history if you prefer but it may need to be "All Time" history.

If you can get to currently.com but you can't get logged in, there is a "forgot password" option or you can change your password on our Email Password Reset page. If you have other AT&T services and your att.com user ID is your email, when you reset your email password, it will reset both.

Once you are able to log into your webmail, we can work on your clients for the iPad and iPhone. We recommend clients that are compatible with OAuth. The three clients we recommend for Apple devices running iOS 9.0 and higher are

  • Apple Mail
  • Outlook Mobile
  • Yahoo Mail app

If you have any other questions or issues, please let us know!
