Cannot get help with AT&T 1800.288.2020 or Chat to fix the internet timeout.
First tried to use the online chat which direct me to a webpage to troubleshoot the connection. As expected it didn't find any error and have an option to restart gateway. Proceed with the restart didn't help the issue.
Call 1800.288.2020, the system need my account number to connect to a live agent. No matter I spoke my account number or use the keypad to key in the information. The system will not find my account and disconnect me.
