Cancelling the connect tech agreement.

I was billed $15.00 in July and have been billed another $15.00 in September. I have been holding for one hour to speak to someone, but no one is answering the phone!

Yes, I am trying to cancel the contract. We do not wish to continue with it. I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone at 888-560-1250. How can I do this? It is very frustrating that no one will answer the phone. Waiting online for an hour is not very customer friendly.

Same here! I cannot get through to cancel. I have called 4 times now. I have used the service only once and have paid for it now for well over a year. I wish to cancel  but whenever I call I cannot get through to any one, I'm on hold for hours with hold music playing.  There are only two options on the phone tree to choose, one for new service, one for previously purchased service. I have tried them both several times and get the same result. HELP!!!!!!

I will recomend to replace your credit card and fill out the form from the crdit card to stop auto payment to this service then your credit card will habdle this situation and att will be unable to collect the money from a service that we are no see way to cancel it, also i will suggest we all uplod to the media , Facebook , Youtube , blogs about this bad experiencie with. Cancellation of one simple thing, i guess att wants ua to move to xfinity or something else in set

Would not be more easy to have an online form to fill out for the cancellation request? The anwser is yes since att is more into moving work out sea but the contracdiction is big on this becasuse they dont want you to cancell this service. Once you get in there is no way out, i wonder what BBB would say it about att on this , of the federal protection of the consumer
