Cancelling Internet ONLY Plan Question

I need to cancel this internet service ASAP. I am extremely unhappy with many aspects of this service (speed, technical issues, multiple service visits, etc) and I need to know if I have a contract with AT&T. As far as I know, there has never been any mention of ANY type of commitment or service contract for my internet only plan, but I have been with AT&T for many years in different cities across my state and theres always a catch to every service they offer. Anyways, is there any way i can access my account details/documents that would disclose any contract info?

my thoughts

Are you receiving any monthly discount?

Yes, would be a contract.... normally 12 months. As state have had service for several years the two most common ways to have a contract would be moved service within past 12 months or called to lower your bill, given a discount both would start a new contract.

If paying full price for internet only with no discounts applied would have no contract.
