Can log in half way, but can not pay my bill.
For the last month I can usually log in far enough to see my bill, but can not pay it. I get access denied this server. I tried to use the way you do not have to log in, use just account number. The site asks for a phone number or a 10 digit account number. I used my account number from my bill which is 9 digits and of course it doesn't work. I am living in Korea so its a real pain to try and call in to pay the bill over noisy Skype. I do not have this trouble with any other site. So does anyone know if this is a temporary glitch or some other type of failure?

The chat option would be great however its either discontinued or I am unable to access it. Paying a bill should be the easiest thing to do.
I think I am going to try to get someone to pay it for me.
