Can anyone help me with this insane billing fiasco?
“You’ll save tons of money with this bundled account!”, they said. “Your internet will be so much faster!” , they said. Well neither has happened. My WiFi is intermittent at best & my bill has about TRIPLED!!! I thought I’d found resolution with a customer service rep that I thought was sent straight from Heaven! She found all the billing errors, said adjustments would be made, my bill would be $$$ per month & because I’d been so grossly over charged I would also be receiving a gift card. She gave me her name & ID number. Apparently you can’t get a hold of ANYONE who knows ANYTHING let alone a specific employee. Is there some super secret phone number or password or something ? I NEED HELP!!! My AT&T bill had gotten so outrageous , I’m having to choose between utilities or the AT&T bill!!
