Called to cancel but rep told me to call back tomorrow. Tried to suspend account online but error
I called the 1-800, got a rep and requested him to cancel my internet service. He said he cannot pull up my account and call back tomorrow.
I then logged into my account and tried to suspend the account (https://www.att.com/suspend) to be greeted with this error message:
SVC_SUSREA_ERROR! We're sorry, but we are experiencing a temporary system error that prevents us from retrieving your account information. Please wait a few moments and try again.(SVC_SUSREA_ERROR)
Not sure if it attributed to it, but a week ago, I requested maintenance and canceled the request (the weekend before the appointment) and my account online now says service is "pending". Well, there is no more outstanding requests for service or maintenance.
Please send help.
