@ATTHelp Hi, I had a blinking Broadband 2 light. AT & T sent me a new router. This one only has three lights -- power, broadband and phone. The broadband light on this one is solid red. I used the troubleshoot and resolve tool, but it did not work. When I look at my device on the IP page, it shows both 2.4 GHZ and 5.0 GHZ enabled, but it says broadband one is up and broadband two is down.

Original gateway, blinking broadband 2, replacement gateway info page broadband is down...
The issue is your line, either inside or outside residence. Need to call to schedule tech dispatch to resolve line problem.

If have a pet, has the data cable (normally green) been chewed creating the issue.

On the 210 only has 1 light to indicate what 3 lights indicated before, broadband 1, broadband 2, service... now just one light to say everything good, or not.

We will be happy to help with your blinking RED broadband light @Dan5415.

If you have a Blinking or Solid Red Broadband light, resetting the modem and checking cables and connections is recommended:

Reset the Modem: Press and hold the reset button located on the rear of the modem for 20 seconds. This may get your services up and working. You can also log into the modem to reset it.

Here's  more information on how to reset the modem.
Check the Connections: they can loosen if bumped into. Sometimes cables are unplugged by mistake. Remove all surge protectors, battery units, and other equipment so that there is a direct connection to the wall socket.
Let us know if this helps!
