Brain dead time wasting customer support
All AT&T support knows how to do to try (unsuccessfully) to resolve the issue of the error message when trying to log into my AT&T account is "clear the cache and cookies, reset the password, try from a private browser." They don't have a clue what to do. It is so annoying having to WASTE MY TIME doing these SAME USELESS steps over and over. If this was not a hack of AT&T's systems they could have resolved this within one hour. AT&T is NOT being up front with their customers about this serious security issue.
