Bills wont stop after cancellation.



Since April 2014, I've call AT&T about an issue about my wireless internet and I thought to ask if there were any promotion going on with the internet. The lady said that the were a promotion with the internet but its bundle with a home phone. I told her that I'll just stick with just the wireless that I've currently got but she went ahead and place in the order for the wireless internet & home phone. I don't need a home phone since I've got a cell phone and I am hardly home.  After realizing that happen, I try calling back to cancel the service and they end up opening a new account for just internet services then few weeks later. I am receiving 2 bills. So, I've call customer services again to cancel the services. They told me to that they would cancel the accounts out and I am still getting 2 bills. Frustrated with the doubling billing for the same wireless internet service and was told that these services were cancelled that the bill shows 'Final bill' which apparently is not a final bill.


Need help with cancellation & stop having bills sent to me.
