Question 1. Why do I still owe for my bill when I have a charge on my credit card to AT&T for the $55.00 payment on December 1st?

Addendum: If the charge was for last months bill it would have had to have a late fee per your rules. I know that late fees are assessed as I have paid them. Do to the fact that this was a $55.00 payment it ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE FOR THE MONTH BEFORE. It clearly shows in my payment history that last months bill was paid. 

If I make an error I admit it and move on. It will be crucial that you lead me and make a good example of record keeping so that I am a good steward of your keen business record keeping. Keep in mind I am a person just like you. Thank you. Have a good day.
