Billing issues

I’m having issues w/ customer service. I was told that my installation fee & first month of service would be waived due to poor communication and never arriving for an appointment. Then I get my first bill and it wasn’t waived. Along with the service price being $10 more than I was quoted. I hope y’all can help me.
