Being charged for returned equipment - Resolved through social media team
Hi there, I disconnected service in June, and returned my equipment as instructed, but I have a charge for $172.66 on my account. I have a hard time getting through to anyone via phone. I have chatted with an agent online last week who created a ticket, but the charge is still there. I've also reached out to AT&TCares on Twitter. The bill is due August 11th, and I would REALLY like to not be charged for it. Thanks for anything you can do!
