Been on hold for 3hrs

ATT has somehow submitted a 2017 closed account to collections in 2019. I just now realized it's on my credit report and the collection agency said contact ATT. I REPEAT, ON HOLD FOR 3 HOURS!!!!!!! ZERO ASSISTANCE... AND HAVE SPOKEN WITH 2 CSRs that said "hang on while we get someone that can help."
