Balance on my credit report

I had all services (phone, Direct TV, and U-verse) when I signed up in 2014 or 15.  I moved in Aug of 16 and my new house was not able to get U-verse.  After having 3 different technicians come out and tell me the same thing, the last one got on the phone with AT&T and let them know that, even though they were showing it as 'available' in the system it actually was not available at my house.  I was told, after this call, that the 2 weeks I paid for it that I didn't have it, would be credited back to me.  I was told there was a zero balance and they were sorry and to keep checking back.  I now find that I have a balance on my Credit Report and have been trying to get this resolved for 2 days now.  No one at AT&T can 'see' my old account and the collections agency needs someone at AT&T to send them the information to clear my credit.  I just need to find out who can fix this.  Spoken to 3 agents with AT&T, one with AT&T collection department and 1 person at the 'Special Handling Dept.' (AKA - I.C. System...A collection agency).

Hi There @twynzmom,

The easiest way to get a credit dispute taken care of is by contacting the respected bureaus directly.

Please contact NCTUE+ at 866.349.5185 and you can dispute your credit reporting with them and they will take care of it.
