attachments are opening instead of allowing me to save first

I prefer saving attachments into the folder/directory of the job/client they pertain to. All of my attachments are suddenly opening the file instead of letting me save it first. I can't even change the setting when I right-click on the thumbnail because that little pop-up window doesn't get a chance to appear because the file just OPENS.

GGRrrrrrrr this is SO annoying. And I'm right in the middle of 4 big jobs. I can't be mixing these files up!!!

First of all, that only works if there's more than one attachment.

Secondly it saves the files as a zip file. I want to save each file into its proper folder.

Thirdly, as I stated in my question: if I right click on the attachment it immediately opens and I don't get a chance to save it or change what happens when I want to download it.

It used to be there was a pop-up dialogue that gave a choice of Always Open Files of Type (or something like that) or just Download. There were a couple other choices but I can't remember what they were.

Anyway it appears I may have accidentally clicked Always Open... and now there is no way to get my preferred method back.

It's like I need a reset button!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

I know in my outlook I can click the attachment and drag it to a folder. If your using yahoo mail your going to have to contact yahoo support as AT&T doesn’t have anything to do with yahoo workings. You could also try a different email client for your AT&T mail This is a customer forum so At&t does not monitor nor read the forums
