ATT wont refund overcharged amount despite10+attempts
ATT has been over charging me for past 8 months for internet service. I made over 10 attempts by chat and calling in ATT customer service. Multiple agents agreed that ATT is at fault for incorrect billing but are a) either afraid they may lose job to refund the amount or b) have technical limitations to refund. I have documented evidence to support this. I don't believe customers should be penalized for ATT billing issues. Kindly help.

I found out that while I signed up and received order confirmation on Account #1 for price X, I have been billed on Account #2 (created by ATT) for an amount of X+$30. Is anyone else running into similar problem? Isn't this similar to Wellsfargo where employees are creating fraudulent accounts on customer names?
