ATT virtual reward doesn’t work

The activate site doesn’t work, the phone activation keeps telling me it’s not a 16 digit number (it is), and the reward agent legit hung up on me. So I can’t do any of those things. How do I get my reward to work?

We can help with that reward card question, @Jencw. Sorry this has become a frustrating process, but we’ll see what we can do to tackle it.

 

You should be able to redeem your reward at rewardcenter.att.com. When you say it doesn’t work, what exactly happens for you? Does the website not load at all? Or does it reject your account information? Let us know what’s going on with the website.

 

An important thing to keep in mind: it may take up to 30 days after your service is activated before the card can be claimed. If you’re still within the 30 day window, you’ll likely need to wait until after the window before it can be claimed.
