At&t suspended my internet over $56

So I haven't had any internet service for close to a week after getting it suspended for $56 even though at&t made that huge promise to the public not to do that during this already difficult time. It was already hard enough losing my job due to Covid 19 but the 1 chance I get to start working and only have to watch and test on multiple training and certification tests/videos I wasn't able to and lost out on said potential job lead. So thanks At&t for the lies of support glad to know it's all for show

There are 2 key parts for that protection. Did you notify them about the hardship to setup the special payment arrangement and was the outstanding balance less than 90 days past due?



...customers who notify us of economic hardship due to COVID-19 have 90 days from their initial past due date or until June 30, whichever comes first, to pay their past due balance.
