AT&T still hasn't unmerged my Yahoo!
I followed all the steps to unmerge my yahoo and sbcglobal.net email, but when I hit unmerge after logging in to login.yahoo.com I get a server unavailable message.
1 chat, 5 calls and a total of about 3 1/2 hours of time on this and I still can't get access to my yahoo email.
On Monday a rep assured with "with 100% you will get a call today about this from our tech representative." No, I did not.
All emails to my yahoo are bounced back as undeliverable.
Can anyone help?
