Att rewards

My att reward was sent to my old phone number  that I no longer have and online it doesnt give me an option to send it to a diffirent number WHAT DO I DO???

We can help you get assistance with updating your information to claim your reward, Jchavez123.


You can call the Reward Center directly at 800-288-9983 and let them know that the reward was sent to the wrong number. They're available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CDT). They can also determine if you'll be able to claim the reward another way.
