AT&T reward center makes it hard to submit my invoice from former ISP for reimbursing Early Termination Fee (ETF)
After I switched from Xfinity to AT&T Fiber 1000, I got an email from AT&T alerting me to claim the reward. I uploaded my Xfinity invoice. Unfortunately, I uploaded the wrong invoice without showing ETF. AT&T notified me of that.
Now I got my final invoice from Xfinity. I logged into my AT&T reward account and found no uploading button to upload my new invoice.
I called AT&T and waited for more than 1 hour. The rep gave me this email address "[email scrubbed]", which is an invalid email address (my email was bounced back).
It seems that AT&T intentionally made the claim process hard so that people will give up the reward they deserve.
