AT&T is blocking/filtering out emails
I have a vendor that I work with that suddenly I can no longer communicate with. They receive my emails but I never receive their responses. I have copied others on my email and they see a response and see my email address on the response. The emails ARE NOT going into my spam folder; AT&T/Yahoo is filtering them out.
Message from vendor:
"Good Afternoon Jonathan,
I know how frustrating this must be for you. Unfortunately Yahoo-based emails have always been an issue for Taxslayer because Yahoo (and now ATT) are filtering them out. Please consider using the gmail account exclusively for Taxslayer software. If that is not possible please work through ATT Support to overcome the filter. "
So how do I overcome the filter?
