ATT has lied to me multiple times about refunding me money
Long story short,
When they installed my internet they failed to do it correctly or inform me i would get only 1 , ONE MBPS.
They told me after the second Tech came on a friday( two days before my bill was due) to have him contact customer service and tell him the same thing. So convieniently they didn't show up on that day. I was forced to pay the bill for internet I still couldnt use. They came on tuesday and repeated that I would have only one mbps. I was told my customer support I would have my money REFUNDED and no termination fees. Well, i messaged them on the 16th asking about the refund. I was told they don't do refunds. I was misinformed. Then today, I see I was charged the eary termination fees. I called and was told they would be waived and I was transferred to someone "higher up" to deal with the REFUND THAT THEY DO DO. I was then put on hold by the refund person (without warning) and hung up on. I then called back and the woman instisted she had to go over my account. AGAIN. and kept telling me she didn't see where they promised to not charge the ETF. I explained that was taken care of I was calling about the refund. She puts me on hold again, and hangs up on me. I am NOT paying them anymore money. I NEED the refunded money. What do I do? The chat says they are unavailable to transfer me to anyone at this time. Has said this the past couple of days.
