att fixed wireless cant check data usage

Is anyone else having this problem? For the past few months it had gotten to where the amount of data i was using wasn't updating. I'd check it and it would be the same over and over for days. As of now it says I haven't used any data at all, I have checked several different times. I have contacted att a few times. I have no idea if i have gone over my data limit. What can be done?

What internet plan do you have? If you have Internet 1000 or an unlimited data plan, then there's no need to worry about data usage, since both plans offer unlimited data. If you don't have either, how are you checking your data usage? Are you checking it on different devices or different browsers? What happened when you contacted us?

I have Att fixed wireless I only get 215gb of data. I have tried checking through different browsers at att.com an there it says I haven't used any data at all. I stopped using the myatt app months ago, because on there it isn't even listed on my account that have internet services with att; when of course i do. But i did try the app again still the same. I chatted online with two different people, they couldn't figure it out. was giving a number to call. Tried checking yesterday still nothing.

I dont have the number, it was giving to me via chat didn't write it down. I tried several time to tell both persons i chatted with in the same chat session, it wasn't for my phone. They both kept trying to help me thinking it was my phone data. When stated twice it was for Att fixed wireless. Didn't get anywhere.

Have you checked out our Smart Home Manager App?

 

The Smart Home Manager is an app that you can use to run diagnostics on your internet, and you can also check how many devices you have connected to it.

 

There is a section on the home page that you can click on, so that you can check how much  data you have used on your bill and with in the last  24 hours.

Nope nothing. Everytime i have talked with them they seem clueless, I dont have many option for internet for my house where I am, so I guess I have to deal with it. An its like they know it.

I having similar problem. Just got off phone and they told me that u can't use smart home manager with fixed wireless. I have no way of controlling/monitoring data consumption. If you are getting to log into smart home manager with fixed wireless then they lied to me

I use smart home manager. If thats why I cant check my data, i guess I'll have to deal with it. Cause I needed a way to set limits to my boys devices. The app could be way better tho.
