AT&T Email and Billing

My account has been suspended. I am requesting to please at least turn on the Internet. I made a payment of $250 just now. That leaves a balance of $131.55. Because of COVID-19 and having to pull my grandmother from a muring home to stay with me, I am fortunate my employer has allowed me to work from home. I’m asking for a compromise on my bill...since I paid $250 and since my livelihood depends on it, can you at least turn the internet on and I will pay the remaining $131.55 soon. I have to work but I also have to care for my elderly grandmother and try to keep her safe from this virus. I would greatly appreciate it.

unfortunately once its suspended they wont turn on the internet until the balance is paid to zero, did you file a waiver? that was required to avoid service interruptions
