I had att internet and moved a year ago. When I moved there was no att service available and they tried to charge me $250.00 for canceling when I had no choice. I called and called and called. Must have spent at least 30 hours on the phone waiting or getting passed around. I was told at least 3 times it was taken care of and I even have an email to prove it. Now I have this on my credit!!!!! How can I get this fixed. I’m not paying anyone this money or calling anymore. Someone needs to fix this.
