AT&T charged me $72, but this payment doesn't appear on my account

Hi, i have paid my bill today (04/11/2018) online at https://att.com .

While transaction it showed me payment was unsuccessful, but i checked my bank statements and i see on my bank account, i have been charged $72
I contacted via online support, talked with 3 person. None couldn't help me. I called too. They said there was no payment.

Now i'm thinking AT&T is scam and fraud company!

If they said ok, you paid, but there was an error while payment or like that. I would understand. But they are keeping to say you made no payment.

 

I'm very upset for that
