Anyone else with declining speeds and increasing latency on Uverse?

We've been Uverse customers for almost 10 years now and in the last few months, I can definitively say that the service has been degrading greatly.  We pay for a 50x10 connection.  Granted, we're all on wireless devices so we only get about 30x10 if we're lucky, and my PC is sitting 20 feet from the router.  


Problem has been that in playing any games like Fortnite, etc. where we'd normally get a 50-60 ping with maybe a 1% packet loss, is now 100-120 ping and 5-7% packet loss!  I've checked everything, and I'd consider myself pretty savvy with all types of network equipment.  I've always used a third party router, i.e. Netgear/Cisco/TP-Link for the flexibility in settings and wireless signal strength in the house.  Never really had an issue until recently, pings are laggy, with the norm now being 80-100ms for most websites which is relatively slow.  And in many cases, just simply times out.  These numbers should be half what they are.


Anyone else experiencing this overall slowdown?


I'm thinking I'll be switching to Spectrum!
