Anybody else filed an FTC Complaint against ATT?
AT&T has been trying to steal from me since acknowledging, in writing, the disconnection of my account on 9/30/2019. They kept billing me. They called me. I explained. I wrote and explanation. I filed a complaint with the FTC and even sent them the copy of the entire filing. They now just put me in collections.
Does anyone actually care at AT&T? Anybody else file a complaint? An attorney says this would make a nice (Edited per community guidelines) suit.
