Anybody else filed an FTC Complaint against ATT?

AT&T has been trying to steal from me since acknowledging, in writing, the disconnection of my account on 9/30/2019.  They kept billing me.  They called me.  I explained.  I wrote and explanation.  I filed a complaint with the FTC and even sent them the copy of the entire filing.  They now just put me in collections.

Does anyone actually care at AT&T?  Anybody else file a complaint?  An attorney says this would make a nice (Edited per community guidelines) suit.

read your terms of service your limited to arbitration. im also assuming you meant 2019 because 9/30/2020 have not arrived yet. are you sure they continued to bill you or was it the final month and or early termination fees? if you cancel even 1 day into a billing cycle you still pay for the entire month as they don't prorate

Thanks for your response.  Can you get someone else to respond?  The collection agent has yet to send me anything in writing.  The fees are paid in advance not in arrears first.  And the end date of the agreement was 9/30/2020.  The agent specifically cancelled that day to ensure it was not going to cause further billing.

If you are an employee why can't you get someone to fix this once and for all?  ATT is committing fraud.  I will just continue with my FTC complaint.

This is a customer forum not At&t you won’t get a response from At&t regarding your billing here. If you need a pole placed or removed I’m your man other than that I’m just a customer same as you

-------------------INCLUDED IN EACH POST FOR CLARIFICATION______
While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
