Anti Virus software not downloading - Mcafee software

I tried to download the anti-virus software but it's telling me that I'm not eligible to download. I'm an att internet customer and I'm eligible to download the software. In my account profile, it's not allowing me to create an id, I have already an account and  user id which is [email scrubbed]. I can't even verify it because the att.net is not working so I can't log on to the site. How to resolve this? I need to install the anti-virus software. The old Mcafee software in my PC was already uninstalled.

Hey @jhonzki44 we are delighted to help with downloading your AT&T Internet Security Suit.

There are a few important points to address before downloading the Internet Security Suite:

  • AT&T Internet or DSL customers with a connection speed of 3.0Mbps or higher can download the Internet Security Suite free of charge.
  • DSL customers with a connection speed of 1.5Mbps or lower can sign up for a discounted subscription of $5 per month.
  • Uninstall any existing security software, including current or expired security products that you may have purchased. Otherwise, you may receive an error message later on that your subscription expired.
  • You can install Internet Security Suite on up to four computers, whether they’re Windows, Macs, or both. If you're using a Windows computer, we suggest performing a pre-installation cleanup on your machine.
  • You can’t download Internet Security Suite to a mobile device. Learn how to get AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect for your mobile device protection.

Note: If you don’t know which service you have (AT&T Internet or DSL), the download process will prompt you with the appropriate options for your service.
