Thanks for your assistance in logging into the forum. Now that I have successfully changed my email password for my ameritech .net account, I am unable to access my email on my Kindle Gen10. I used the new password that I just changed and it still won't accept it. I get an error msg 535 5.7.0{#AUTH005} TOO MANY BAD AUTH ATTEMPTS. Help on Kindle advised I contact my Internet service provider.

When you receive this error code for too many attempts to login, you will need to wait for 24 hours and clear your cache and cookies before trying to login.

I am still unable to logon to my email account on Kindle. I tried your suggestion and even tried to call AT&T. I was on hold for 42 min before I just hung up. I called right back and was on hold for 2 min and someone picked up and immediately hung up. I wonder if I delete my mail account on my kindle and then re-install it, would that possibly help? I am at my wit's end and I do appreciate any assistance. Thanks for your assistance.
