Always on long holds for reward center

I spoke with an AT&T representative about the $100.00 visa offer that I was told I would get after my service was hooked up for a number of days. The representative was not able to help with the issue and told me to contact the rewards center. I have tried contacting multiple times with the wait times exceeding one hour. The representative also informed me that the reward notification was not sent to me after reviewing my account. I need assistance because having to wait for long periods of time to have an issue reconciled is not good business. There was also a message stating there was an online chat but there is no online chat to be found on the page.

To get started, we suggest that you track your reward status by visiting the AT&T Reward Center. You can use your claim number or your account number and zip code.

You can also call the reward team to ask all reward related questions at 800 288 9983, 7:00am to 7:00pm (CST), Monday through Friday.

I am waiting on my claim instructions to be sent. It's been over 45 days since the service was activated. The store employee that works in Oakleaf plaza in Jacksonville told me I would be receiving it but I have not. I spoke with an AT&T employee through chat and was informed that the claim instructions have not been sent to me after she reviewed my account. I was instructed to contact the rewards center.

 

When I go to the reward center, it does not notice my account number. I have tried contacting the number for rewards but the phone is always on hold.

I'm having the same problem. Even went as far as messaging AT&T through facebook messenger with still no help.

Thank you for reaching out to us!

 

It can take up to 30 days from service activation for your rewards to display on the AT&T Reward Center. Have you received your notification letter? The reward card will not be visible in the reward center until you receive the notification letter.

It has been 10 weeks since activation and I haven't received any info on the incoming $300 rewards card that was promised with my promotional offer. I have never received an email or notification to activate the card. I have been provided with 4 different contact numbers to speak with someone in the rewards card center and after hours of waiting on hold have never spoke with a human being.

43 mins in for the 3rd day in a row. I have never heard a human voice in the rewards center.. My guess is y'all aren't giving out many rewards cards... The amount of time on hold makes the $300 card worthless.

It has been 2 and a half months since I signed up for wireless, internet and directv with AT&T.  I was promised a $250 reward card and have not received any emails nor letters.  This is bad business.  No help on a chat on AT&T's website, they said to keep calling the reward center number. Right.....on hold over a hour each time  and no one answers. Can AT&T get with the program you are offering and take care of your new customers?  

I left Verizon after 19 years and wish I had stayed with the best company in this business.

I've called the Rewards center many times only to be on hold for over a hour each time and no one responds.  I spoke and chatted with  AT&T representatives about the $250.00 visa offer that I was told I would get after my service was initiated on July 20, 2019.  The representative was not able to help with the issue and told me to contact the rewards center.  The representative also informed me that the reward notification was NOT sent to me via email nor letter after reviewing my account. I need immediate assistance as I do not have hours to spend holding the line with the Reward center.  Thank you!
