All of my residential accounts are overcharged and misbilled, possibly fraud?
Hello, could a community manager/ATT manager that can take charge of some serious mistakes on my various residential accounts by contacting me through private message. I am near deaf and have to do things this way. Also, I need a way to email the AT&T account fraud department.
This involves a former residential UVERSE internet/landline phone account, a ATT Direct TV account, and a former Digital Life account. The major issue here is that you are showing delinquent account balances on all, you have manually cancelled some accounts.
I am also at ATT Wireless customer needing to place an order for new hardware immediately - emergency situation. My point being is that any wireless purchases are now being blocked as a result of my other former residential accounts being compromised.
