How do I apply the ACP credit to my internet bill? I went through all the hoops and put in my application ID where the website says to and it says I qualify but then the page keeps looping me around. Do I have to call?

In order for you to be able to get further assistance, you will have to the support center at 877-384-2575. Where someone will be able to help with getting that applied for you.

call the att acp center give them ur application id they will put the discount on ur account
their number is 8669860963 (ignore the number att help gave you its normal call center they wont do anything)
