Acp

Hello I apply and was accepted for the Acp program okay when I set my service up for internet connection at home I told them to please apply the Acp to my account I was told they would well all a sudden I have a big bill so I chat in and of course it wasn't added so I requested it again the guy told me he could help me and apply it and didn't so nowy bill is over 200 and my service got cancelled and they want me to return equipment. How is this fair ? I tried calling some number that was given but all I got was Spanish and a long wait a long wait so I hung up bc I have other things to do I'm a single mother. So how is this fair and what can I do to drop the bill if not all then mostly and apply Acp and keep my service. ????

Hey @LMDendy. We understand your frustration, and would be happy to help with your ACP program status for your internet service.

 

We'll need for you to reach out to our ACP representatives at 866-989-0963, Monday through Saturday from 8am-10pm ET. They'll be able to check on your ACP status, and will be able to apply it to your internet bill if you do qualify for it.
