ACP promotion never gets applied to internet IT’S BEEN 8 MONTHS
I’ve had to call in every single month for 8 months to get the ACP promotion applied every single time. What the heck is wrong with your system and why does it never get fixed??? I am so fed up with this service and the fact that there is no other isp around here to switch to. Every rep I’ve talked to keeps lying and saying that it’s been fixed. Each phone call always takes an hour to resolve. Your company is simply the worst.

For help with getting the ACP benefit applied to your bill, please reach out to our team that handles ACP billing by calling 1-866-986-0963. Their hours are Monday - Saturday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. ET (closed Sunday). They are best equipped to help sort things out with your internet bill.
