Accessing my sbcglobal.net email address
I just got a new phone and have been having trouble signing into my old sbcglobal.net email address. Tried resetting password on a web browser, and got an error telling me to call a number, because it doesn't have the account details to reset the password. Called the number and got rerouted to the Digital Assistance Center. The problem is, it's asking me for account information for my AT&T account, and my sbcglobal email address is not associated with any AT&T account as far as I know (if anything maybe my parents old account, but they don't use AT&T anymore). The automated bot won't allow me to speak to a human until I tell them the AT&T account info. Really, the only reason I'm trying to access my sbcglobal email is to dissociate all of my accounts from that address, and move everything to my gmail, but I'm stuck without the ability to get in. I can't even sign into some other services because of 2FA being setup on this email. Is there a way to contact a human about this issue?
