@tomprodehl Many times people post personal information like names/phone numbers/account numbers/etc. thinking this is Customer Service (it's not).

But there is a consensus that the 'banned words' is problematic at best. The other day someone used the word s c r a p e d and it filtered that word because of the four letters in the middle.
